Our mission
at Jasmine Tutoring is to empower secondary and VCE students in Victoria,
Australia, to conquer academic hurdles and achieve excellence in Mathematics,
Science, and English. We recognize that each student possesses unique
strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences. That’s why we offer a
personalized and holistic tutoring approach.
As seasoned educators with extensive teaching, mentoring, and tutoring
backgrounds, we specialize in unleashing the untapped potential of high school
students. Our primary objective is to identify and bridge knowledge gaps that
hinder students from attaining their desired outcomes. Whether through
one-on-one sessions or small group classes, we focus on addressing weaknesses,
reinforcing foundational concepts, and cultivating effective study habits.
Our commitment to our students extends beyond the academics. We also serve as mentors and
guides, nurturing the essential skills and mindset required for academic
success. From goal-setting to time management, we provide comprehensive
support. Our positive learning environment encourages students to explore,

Our Tutors
Meet Magella, who is our Lead principal with degrees in Arts, Maths and Chemistry. She is multi lingual, able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and English. She has extensive experience teaching in Victoria in both public and private schools. She also has experience in teaching and tutoring overseas including Singapore. She is a passionate educator and a gifted communicator. She has been an active member serving in the local community both in the North and South East of Melbourne.
Joash
Meet Joash, one of our specialist tutors on STEM subjects, specialising in High School and VCE Maths, Physics and Chemistry. He is currently completing his final year in Mechatronics Engineering (Honors) at Monash University, where he is learning how to design robots and automation systems, specialising in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has been mentoring High School students in a volunteer capacity and is passionate about teaching. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is a talented musician and band leader, guiding emerging musical talents..
Jasmine
Meet Jasmine, who specialises in High School Maths and Science subjects, with a particular focus on STEM. She tutors High School and VCE Maths and Science subjects. She is currently undertaking a double degree at Monash University, in Science and Education and has a strong passion for teaching and supporting young learners. With an ability to quickly build rapport, Jasmine is a great communicator, who has a great insight on challenges STEM students face, in subjects like Maths and Science.
Meet Rosie, specialising in High School and VCE
Maths, Psychology, Accounting and English tutoring. Having received VCE High
Achievers Award she is currently an under graduate at Monash University
enrolled in a double degree in Actuarial Science and Commerce. Outside her
academic pursuits, Rosie is engaged with the local community in various
capacities in volunteer service and as a Duke of Edinburgh participant. Rosie is one of our mobile tutors covering the East and South East suburbs of Melbourne.
Meet Yasmin, one of our specialist tutors , specialising in High School and VCE English and Humanities subjects. Yasmin is deeply committed to helping others learn. Outside her tutoring commitment, she is involved in Mentoring and leading teenagers. A gifted communicator she is currently a Law undergraduate. Yasmin is one of our Face to Face and Online tutors
Olivia
Meet Olivia, Part of our team of specialist tutors in High School English and Math including NAPLAN and Scholarship Tests. With a scholarship acceptance rate of seventy (70)% she draws from her linguistics knowledge and evidence based strategies from her undergraduate studies to support students in mastering complex concepts with confidence. She is one of our Mobile and Online tutors.
